GST Admission System 2024

The GST Admission System 2024 official website is gstadmission.ac.bd. Through this website, University Integrated Admission 2023-2024 will be completed. This year, 24 Universities (General, Science and Technology universities) will conduct integrated admission tests. The admission Circular has already been released and the online application has started. Admit card will be released after application. A separate seat plan for each unit will be released before the admission test.

Three admission tests will be held for the Science, Humanities, and Business Studies groups. Admission tests for A, B, and C units will be held as per the published schedule. The result will be published after the admission test. After that the university-wise application process will start and the latest subject allotment result will be published. The admission process will start based on the final merit list and the admission process will be completed through multiple migrations.

GST Admission 2023-2024

The roadmap for GST Admission 2023-2024 has already been announced. The admission application will be completed according to the roadmap, and the admission test will be conducted according to the published schedule.

Application Eligibilities/ Qualification

Only students who have passed the SSC/Equivalent in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and HSC/Equivalent, Diploma-in-Commerce, HSC (Vocational) under Bangladesh Technical Education Board, A Level, and other equivalent examinations (as approved by the Equivalence Determination Committee) in 2022 and 2023 will be eligible to apply for the admission test.

Students who have passed the HSC/Equivalent examination from the Science, Arts, and Business Studies Group can apply for Units A, B, and C, respectively, subject to the prescribed eligibility. The eligibility for unit-based application is as follows:

  • Unit A: Applicants who have passed the HSC/Equivalent examination from the Science group must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject) and a total GPA of at least 8.00. The science group of the General Education Board including Madrasa Board (Science) and Vocational (HSC) will be considered the Science group.
  • Unit B: Applicants who have passed the HSC/Equivalent examination from the Humanities group must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject) and a total GPA of at least 6.00. The Humanities Group of the General Education Board including Music, Home Economics, and Madrasa Board (General, Muzayyabid) will be considered Humanities Group.
  • Unit C: Applicants who have passed the HSC/Equivalent examination from the Business Studies Group must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent examinations (including 4th subject) and a total GPA of at least 6.50. The Business Studies Group of the General Education Board including the Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration (HSC), and Diploma in Commerce will be considered as the Commerce Group.

In the case of GCE, candidates must have passed in 5 subjects including at least 3 subjects with B grades in the ICSE (O Level) examination and passed in 3 subjects including at least 2 subjects with B grades in the IAL (A-Level) examination. In this case, the application must be made through an online upload of the Marksheet and approval by the Equivalence and Eligibility Determination Committee.

Apply Online

Admission applications to 24 universities under the GST Admission System started on 12 February 2024. The last date of application is 26 February 2024. GST admission form can be filled out through gstadmission.ac.bd website. The applicant’s photograph must be uploaded at the time of application. Also this year candidate has to upload a selfie while applying. At the time of application, the application fee of Tk 1500 must be paid through mobile banking or online banking. Candidates have to select the name of the center under which the candidate wants to appear in the admission test at the time of application. Admission Test Center

Candidates have to select the admission test center to participate in the GST admission test. One of the centers should be selected at the time of primary application. Candidates have to attend the admission test at the designated center. The exam center cannot be changed in any way.

Admit Card Download

GST admit card will be released after the online application. Separate admit cards will be released for each unit. Admit Card can be downloaded from the GST Admission System website gstadmission.ac.bd. Candidates can download the admit card by logging in with their application ID and password. The admit card download deadline will be notified later through notice. According to the latest notice, All Unit Admit Card are ready to Download. Applicants can be Download it from 23 March 2024 to till the Admission Test Date.

Seat Plan

The GST seat plan will be published before the admission test of each unit. The detailed seat plan will be released 24-48 hours before the admission test for A, B, and C units. The detailed seat plan can be known by logging on to the GST admission system website gstadmission.ac.bd.

GST Admission Result 2024 (Subject Choice)

The GST Admission Test Result 2024 will be published after the completion of the admission test of each unit. Usually, the result is released within 72 hours of the completion of the admission test of a unit. According to the Latest Notice, the GST Admission Result for B Unit will be Released on 5 May 2024.

The result of each unit will be published on the GST Admission System website gstadmission.ac.bd. A minimum of 30 marks should be obtained in the admission test. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Only students appearing in the GST Admission Test can apply to the University of their choice subject to eligibility.

Final Result

Candidates who have passed the GST Admission Test can apply for admission to cluster universities. For this, the students must fulfill the prescribed conditions. Each cluster university is publishing notifications with the necessary conditions. The GST Merit List will be published based on the application of the students. GST final result can be known from the GST admission website gstadmission.ac.bd.

GST Admission System

GST admission 2023-2024 will be done centrally. Final selected students have to complete admission through the GST Admission System website gstadmission.ac.bd. Admission instructions are available on the website. Migration will be done based on the student’s preference.
